Independent Form F Assessor

Become an Independent Form F Assessor with us, The Hazel Project is a partnership of two organisations (Diverse Care & Xcel 2000 Fostercare Services) that provide “Outstanding” foster care across Kent, London and Essex:

Fostering Social Worker

Xcel 2000 and Diverse Care, part of the Hazel Project, are two fostering organisations delivering “Outstanding” foster care across Kent, London, and Essex. We’re currently looking for a passionate and committed fostering social worker to join our supportive Kent-based team.

Panel Chair

Xcel 2000 and Diverse Care, part of the Hazel Project, are two fostering organisations delivering “Outstanding” foster care across Kent, London, and Essex. We’ve been hugely successful in our recruitment campaign's over the past 12 months and are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Independent Chairperson for our fostering Panel.

Our Panel’s meet on average, monthly and tend to take place at our Chatham based office, in Kent.  However, you could be required to Chair the Panel from any of our three offices: Chatham, Sittingbourne or Billericay.

Applicants will be self employed and must have experience and confidence in effectively chairing complex meetings and must have a good understanding of Fostering panel processes. The Panel Chair will take responsibility for ensuring that business is conducted in accordance with the fostering regulations and guidance and in keeping with our organisations policies and procedures.
