Diverse Care is located in the heart of Stratford Town, minutes from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Our main entrance is next to Stratford Magistrates' Court, opposite the iconic ‘Railway Tree’ sculpture.

How to get to our Kent Hub
Located in a converted Edwardian naval office in the historic Royal Dockyard, our Kent hub is under two miles from Chatham station, and within easy access from the M2.
Driving from M25
Take the A2 until J1 as it becomes the M2. Take the left slip signposted towards Rochester A2, Gillingham (A289) and Grain (A228).
Stay in left lane (onto A289) towards Gillingham.
At roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Chatham Maritime.
Approach the next roundabout in the left lane and filter to 1st exit.
Approach the 3rd roundabout in the left lane and again filter to 1st exit and progress into the Medway Tunnel.
Stay in left lane (marked on road as CHAT, GILL) and take slip on left as you exit the tunnel.
Stay in left lane (marked on road as St Mary’s Island) and turn left at roundabout at top of slip.
Get in right lane and take 3rd exit to the right at next roundabout.
Take 1st turn on left and head to the building in the far front left corner.
From Chatham Train Station
Go to bus stop B.
Get on either the number 100 or 151 buses
Alight at Chatham Maritime (2 stops)
Look across the road - Diverse Care’s Kent Hub is the building directly opposite.
